The title of the course will be “Getting Things in Order” and I will be covering wills, trusts, advanced directives and medicaid planning. We are pleased to announce that we have contracted with DOCUBANK to provide 24/7 access to our client’s medical powers of attorney, directives to physicians and living wills. Each client will have their medical documents sent to DOCUBANK where they will be stored. The client will receive a card like the one below with their emergency information and contact phone numbers. Hospitals, emergency medical technicians and family will be able to access these crucial documents online or have them faxed directly to the provider.
