Business Model
When John Ross and Lisa Shoalmire first opened the doors to Ross &
Shoalmire, L.L.P. they had a vision of what practicing law could be...and
not much else.  Both John and Lisa were the sole providers in their
households and the safety and security of their family depended on
their success.  Failure was not an option.

Despite the obstacles, John and Lisa developed a business model by
following the examples already set by successful businesses.  The
difference was that the models they followed were NOT from other firms.
Instead, John and Lisa looked at the business models of nationally
successful service industry businesses and financial institutions that
were targeting the same client base that John and Lisa had identified.
Following these business models, John and Lisa doubled their first year
income projections without an increase in projected expenses.  In fact,
Ross & Shoalmire, L.L.P. generated positive net income from the very
first month they were in business.

But it has not always been smooth sailing.  Not every business model
worked and not every strategy returned income.  Over the next two
years, John and Lisa honed their business model into something unique
by holding on to what worked and discarding the rest.

By joining the Ross & Shoalmire, L.L.P. team you have the benefit of
starting off with a proven business model.  Trial and error takes time
and money; two things that are scarce when you are trying to build your
practice.  So while the solo-practitioner next door is struggling, the Ross
& Shoalmire, L.L.P. attorney is practicing law and generating income.
Why reinvent the wheel?
