The In-House Counsel Program
The  In-House Counsel Program
Thirty years ago, a business owner like you would have a lawyer
on "retainer."  You and your lawyer would eat lunch together
once or twice a month, talk on the phone every week or so, and
build a relationship.  Your lawyer would get to know your
business, your clients and employees, and your problems.
Those relationships are now the exception rather than the rule.

The high cost of legal fees in the modern world prevents many
small business owners from ever contacting a lawyer.  How
many times have you, as a business owner, been confronted
with a situation where you said, "I should probably ask a
lawyer."  Whether it was to review a contract or terminate an
employee, your decision could have dramatic effects on your
bottom line.  Larger companies recognize this problem and hire
an in-house attorney that they can go to any time.  In return, they
pay that attorney a salary of $60,000.00 to $250,000.00 a year
plus benefits.  We offer the same convenience at a fraction of
the cost.
